Sarsfield Credit Union Ltd purchased the building in 2007 with a view to relocating its business from its premises on O’Connell Street which no longer met its needs. A Design Team was commissioned to prepare a planning application for the refurbishment of the existing building and adding on a modern office building to allow the business to grow and expand over the next number of years.

ACP continue to advise the Credit Union Board on ongoing repairs, maintenance and development projects.
