Simon has over ten years post qualification experience as an engineer, in the conservation of historic buildings. He has extensive experience in specifying repairs to historic buildings using traditional materials and craftsmanship. Simon has undertaken specialist training in the UK on conserving historic metal/ironwork and he manages ACP’s historic metal/ironwork consultancy service.
His particular interest is in the research and development of traditional craft skills associated with historic buildings.
Based in St. Johns, New Foundland.
